Shipping Policy
Shipping Availability
We ship to all countries within Europe and the United Kingdom.
Customers located in the United States are advised to place their orders via avancus.com.
For customers in all other countries, please refer to our Distributors page to find the official Avancus distributor in your region.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order total, selected delivery method, and carrier.
All applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed before checkout.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
During high-volume periods, such as promotions or major launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Due to fast order processing, it may not always be possible to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Carrier delivery times begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.
Carrier Responsibility & Delivery Delays
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Avancus Europe is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, force majeure, or any other factors beyond our control.
Avancus Europe cannot be held liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from delayed delivery.
Liability is limited to the value of the order, to the extent permitted by law.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link.
To track your order:

Allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment
Address Changes
We always do our best to accommodate customer requests. However, due to fast processing times, orders may already be shipped before address changes can be made.
If this occurs, the shipping address can no longer be updated.
If you need to request an address change, please contact support@avancus.eu as soon as possible after placing your order.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but has not been received, please follow these steps before contacting us:

Verify your shipping address in your order confirmation email

Wait the full estimated delivery timeframe (carriers may mark packages as delivered up to 2 business days early)

Check around your property and with neighbors, as parcels may be left in safe locations

Customs, VAT & Import Fees
European Union Orders
Orders shipped within the European Union are not subject to additional customs duties or import fees.
All prices displayed include VAT, and the amount paid at checkout is the final price.
United Kingdom Orders
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to import VAT and customs charges upon arrival.
These charges are not collected on our website and will be charged by UK customs or the carrier prior to delivery.
Non-EU International Orders
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees based on the retail value of the order.
These charges are determined by local authorities, are not controlled or charged by Avancus Europe, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Cancellations
Due to fast processing times, orders may already be processed or shipped before cancellation requests can be handled.
If this occurs, cancellation is no longer possible.
To request a cancellation, please email support@avancus.eu as soon as possible after placing your order.
