RETURNS FAQS
Return Policy
Return Window: 14 days starting three days after shipment.
Eligible Orders: Returns are accepted for orders shipped within the EU only.
Exclusions:
Socks cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Worn clothing and footwear can not be returned or exchanged.
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your items meet these conditions before returning:
Items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and not put through a dryer
Free from animal or human hair
Free from glitter, powder, skin cells, or any residue
Without strong odors (smoke, detergent, cologne, body spray, etc.)
Without marks or stains, including deodorant
Without excessive pilling
Items not meeting these conditions may be denied and returned to the sender.
Without wear and tear due to normal use.
Packaging & Liability
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping return items using the label and instructions provided through our return portal.
Avancus is not liable for returns that are lost, delayed or damaged due to improper packaging or shipping errors.
Please keep proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
How many days do I have to return my order?
Please ship your return within 10 business days after receiving your return label.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Prices differ per country.
Once you've registered your return in our portal, you will receive your return label via e-mail.
Can I exchange a product for another size or model?
Exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size.
If your desired size is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 5-10 business days after your return is delivered for inspection and processing.
If your return hasn't been processed within that timeframe, email info@avancus.com and our team will expedite it.
If a return is denied, you'll receive an email notification explaining why.
How will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the return is processed and approved.
What should I do if I receive a damaged product?
We take great pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item:
Email support@avancus.eu within 15 days of receiving your order.
Include clear photos of the defect or damage.
Our team will verify the photos and send a replacement at no additional cost.
Delayed or Exceptional Returns
If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from returning your order within 15 days, please reach out to support@avancus.eu before sending your return. We understand that things happen, and we handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
