You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

Carrier delivery times begin once the package has shipped, not when the order is placed.

Note: During high-volume periods such as Black Friday or major launches, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order total, and selected delivery type and company.

We offer free shipping for all orders over €300 within the EU.

We always do our best to handle customer requests as quickly as possible. However, our order processing is very fast. This means that in some cases your order may already be shipped before we can change the shipping address. If this happens, the address can no longer be updated.

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but you haven't received it follow the following steps:

1. Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation email.
2. Wait the full estimated delivery timeframe. Carriers may mark packages as "delivered" up to 2 business days early.
3. Check around your property and with neighbors, as carriers sometimes leave parcels in safe spots.
4. If your order is still missing after these steps, please contact support@avancus.eu for assistance.

For international deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees based on the retail value of your purchase. These charges are determined by local authorities, are not controlled or charged by Avancus EU, and are the responsibility of the recipient. For clarification, please contact your local customs office.

United Kingdom customers:

Orders shipped to the UK will often incur import VAT and customs charges upon arrival. This VAT is not charged on our website and will be collected by UK customs or the courier before delivery.

European Union orders:

Orders shipped within the EU are not subject to additional customs duties or import fees. The price you pay at checkout is the final price—no extra costs on delivery.

To avoid customs delays or unexpected fees, we recommend shopping through our official regional distributors.
